Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of all patients and ensure appointment availability:

• Cancellations/rescheduling made with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% appointment fee

• Cancellations/rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the full appointment fee
